You get better-suited deliveries, fewer failed attempts and one label across all of them, without managing a dozen carrier contracts yourself.

• How long does international courier delivery take?

  It depends on the service and destination. Express delivers in one to two working days through integrator partners, Economy in two to three days, and B2C Connect in three to six days for e-commerce parcels within Europe. Same-day is available within the Netherlands. For urgent paperwork, our International Courier Documents service moves items under two kilograms worldwide on the fastest available route.

• How much does a courier service cost?

  Pricing depends on weight, dimensions, destination, urgency and the service you choose. Because we compare carriers across a multi-carrier network, we match each shipment to a competitive rate rather than one carrier’s fixed pricing. Tell us your volumes and lanes and we will put together a quote. B2C Connect carries no private delivery surcharges, while Economy and Express run on standard fuel surcharges.

• Does Seabourne offer same-day delivery?

  Yes. Our same-day courier service moves parcels across the Netherlands the same working day, for replacement parts, urgent documents and anything that cannot wait. For shipments with a fixed deadline rather than same-day urgency, we also offer preferred and scheduled time-definite delivery, so a parcel arrives on the day and in the window you have agreed with your customer.

• Does Seabourne provide medical or pharmaceutical courier services?

  Yes. Our medical courier service handles temperature-sensitive and time-critical healthcare shipments, samples, medicines and devices, with dry-ice handling and GDP-compliant cold-chain control. • Can I track parcels and integrate Seabourne with my platform?

  Yes. Every shipment runs on a single label with end-to-end tracking through the Seabourne Online Dashboard, and consolidated status across all carriers in one place. We integrate with your e-commerce platform or systems via API, so orders, labels and tracking flow automatically, and automated notifications keep you and your customers informed without chasing a tracking number.

• How do you handle customs for international parcels?

  Our in-house customs team clears parcels as part of the courier service, with AEO certification for faster, lower-risk clearance. We handle declarations, classification and documentation, and for shipments needing bonded transit we manage the T1/T2 paperwork. • Can Seabourne ship dangerous goods?

  Yes. We handle ADR-classified dangerous goods with the required documentation and carrier selection, including items that need special handling or restricted transport modes. Dangerous goods often travel alongside temperature-controlled or high-value shipments, and our operations and customs teams manage the paperwork and compliance end to end. • When should I use a courier instead of freight?

  Courier suits parcels and documents that are time-sensitive, smaller and need door-to-door delivery with full tracking, up to 70 kilograms per piece. For pallets, full loads or heavier consignments, freight is usually more cost-effective. Many shippers use both, and we run freight services alongside courier services, so you can move everything through one partner.
