Expected Traffic Disruptions in the Randstad Region from June 22 to 26

Expect Delays

From Sunday afternoon, June 22, through Thursday, June 26, extensive roadworks and traffic control measures will take place in the Randstad region, which may impact transportation and delivery traffic. Seabourne customers are advised to anticipate delays in and around Amsterdam, The Hague, and Rotterdam during this period.

Due to preparatory work and necessary closures, sections of the A5, A4, A44, and N44 will be temporarily (partially) closed. Disruptions are also expected on regional and local roads in areas such as The Hague, Wassenaar, Katwijk, Noordwijk, Haarlemmermeer, Leiden, and Rotterdam.

These measures may affect the accessibility of delivery addresses, distribution routes, and pick-up schedules. Emergency traffic will retain access where necessary, but disruptions for regular traffic cannot be ruled out.

What Does This Mean for You as a Seabourne Customer?

  • Shipments in the affected regions may be delayed in arrival or collection.
  • We recommend planning delivery or pick-up times outside of the peak period whenever possible.
  • For time-sensitive shipments, please stay in close contact with your Seabourne representative.

We are closely monitoring the situation and doing everything we can to ensure your logistics processes run as efficiently as possible.

Thank you for your understanding and continued trust.
